PATIENCE IN WAIT

📖 FOCUS SCRIPTURE

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength...” — Isaiah 40:31

💭DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT

When God asks us to wait, He’s not delaying us, He’s discipling us. Waiting is one of the clearest ways we are drawn into His mind and births trust and reliance.
In the waiting room of God, He is not idle; He is intentional. While we wait, He aligns, He unclutters the heart, He repositions the spirit, He teaches us how to think like Him, not just how to move for Him.

To wait is to come into agreement with His Will. We are often eager to run, eager to perform, eager to prove, but God is never in a hurry. In waiting,  it teaches us that power is not found in pace, but in presence. Jesus Himself said,   “Tarry… until ye be endued with power from on high.” (Luke 24:49).
That word UNTIL is critical. Some things can only be received in waiting >> Strength x Vision x Power x  Clarity. These are not given out on the run, they are entrusted to those who dwell.

God’s waiting is purposeful. He doesn't hold us back to frustrate us, rather to form and shape  us. He waits until we can steward the next instruction, not just hear it. He waits until the noise dies, until the flesh yields, until the vision becomes clear.

■■■ So if you are waiting, know this: God is not withholding something from you. He is preparing something within you. And when you finally rise, it will not be in your own strength at work , it will be because you’ve been empowered and renewed in time.

🕊 PRAYER

Lord, help me not to resist your timing. Teach me to wait with understanding, to sit still without growing bitter, and to trust that your silence is never your absence.
Let your purpose grow in me while I’m paused, and let your power be made perfect as I surrender. May I not just come out of the wait, but come out  transformed, and full of your grace for your purposes. Amen.

💡 LIGHT

♤ Waiting is not stagnation, it is spiritual alignment.
♤ When God says “Wait,” He means: “I’m preparing you.”
♤ The delay is not punishment. It’s empowerment.
♤ Strength, clarity, and power are given in stillness, not in speed.
♤ If it’s taking long, it’s coming heavy. Stay until you’re endued.

✨️FAITHFUL WHISPERS

“Clarity doesn’t always come in motion ... sometimes it only comes when you sit still with God.”
