✨️DEVOTIONAL

There is something different about praying from awareness instead of anxiety. Many come to God hoping, doubting, or simply repeating words. But the ones who grow in intimacy with God begin to pray from a place of knowing. A knowing that God is their Father. A knowing that He hears. A knowing that His will is always good—even if it takes time to unfold.

Jesus stood at the tomb of Lazarus and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.” He said this before the miracle happened. Why? Because His prayer did not start with a problem. It started with confidence in the One who hears.

This is the kind of confidence we are called to live with. Not based on how loud our prayer is or how desperate we feel, but based on the truth that God is. He is present. He is listening. He is our Source. He is our Father.

The Bible says that whoever comes to God must believe that He is. That He exists. That He is near. That He is willing. That He is faithful. When we pray, we are not trying to convince God. We are aligning our hearts with what is already true.

Sometimes the answers may take a while. Sometimes the silence stretches longer than we like. But do not let delay fool you, God is never late,  never forgetful. There is no such thing as an unanswered prayer when it is in line with His will. It may not come when we want, but it will come when it should, because He is always in time and always on time.

So we pray, not as beggars trying to win God's favor, but as sons and daughters waking up to His nearness. We come, not just to ask, but to remember who He is and who we are. We are heard. We are known. We are His.

💡 LIGHT

God always hears, ..... Always.

Even when the answer takes time. Even when the waiting feels long.

Faith is not just asking, it is believing that God is.

That He isa good Father, that He is present, that He is listening.

And He never forgets what is aligned with His will.

If it tarries, it is not denial—it is perfect timing.

🙏🏽 PRAYER

Father, I thank You that You hear me always.

Help me not just to speak, but to come with awareness,

Awareness of who You are, and who I am to You.

Let my confidence grow, not from outcomes, but from knowing that You are always near.

Teach me to rest even in the waiting.

Remind me that if it is Your will, it will not fail.

You are not only the One who hears, You are the One who answers, in time and on time.
