LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD

📖 FOCUS SCRIPTURE 

“They that are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” – Romans 8:14

🤔 DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT 

●There is a clear distinction in life ,those who are driven and those who are led. One moves by ambition and impulse; the other by revelation and alignment.

 Scripture does not say they that lead themselves or they that are successful are the sons of God. It says, they that are led by the Spirit. The Father identifies sons not merely by their confession, but by their yielded posture to the inner government of the Holy Spirit.

●To be led by the Spirit is to surrender control and that is not always easy. We like clarity, we desire certainty, we often think faster than God speaks. But true sonship is not proved by how much we achieve, it is evidenced in how much we obey. 

The Holy Spirit is not a passive passenger ,  He is the propeller , the One who moves us, guides us, and even restrains us when needed.

We often wrestle when we want to act but are told to wait.... well no one loves to wait. We want to speak but are nudged to stay quiet. Yet this is the mark of the Spirit-filled life: not loud movements, but led movements. Not randomness, but yielding.

■ When we yield, we are not losing freedom,  rather we gain it. We need to let go not because we are careless, but because we trust that God cares more deeply than we ever could. 

☆☆☆☆Obedience is not weakness—it is the highest form of FAITH. 

□ Today, the Spirit calls us to release our grip:

Let go of the timeline.

Let go the urge to control.

Let go the fear of missing out.

Let go and let Him do what He must. 

✨️LIGHT 

God doesn’t only want to be heard; He wants to be followed. Sonship is not in knowing what the Spirit says it’s in DOING what the Spirit leads.

Holy Spirit, I yield. I release every grip I have on my way, my plan, my outcome. Lead me today , not just in big decisions, but in the smallest events .

 Let obedience be my delight. Let surrender be my posture. For I am not just a believer ▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎ I am a SON. Amen.
